Job Description

Requirement : 1 SAP CRM Service (Functional) Roles & Responsibilities : Functional Expertise in SAP CRM Services : - Actively work with SAP CRM Service Modules such as Contracts Management and Case Management. - Provide in-depth knowledge of business processes and translate them into functional configurations within the SAP CRM platform. - Assist in the setup, configuration, and enhancement of SAP CRM Service features based on business requirements. - Manage service requests, service orders, and contract management to ensure effective service delivery and client Knowledge and Middleware : - Support integration efforts between SAP CRM and other systems, including SAP ECC, to ensure smooth data flow across different systems. - Work with Middleware to ensure proper synchronization and integration between SAP CRM and backend systems like ECC or SAP S/4HANA. Testing & Quality Assurance : - Lead and execute testing efforts including Unit Testing, Integration Testing (ITC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing (RT) for SAP CRM functionalities. - Ensure that all identified issues and bugs during testing are documented and resolved before the go-live phase. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure issues are fixed and functionality is aligned with business needs. Production Support & Issue Resolution : - Provide ongoing production support by addressing user issues raised via tickets and ensuring timely resolutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Work with users to understand their pain points and deliver solutions that meet their requirements, including bug fixes and support for production movements. Customer & Business Focus : - Maintain a strong business and customer/client focus by ensuring that the SAP CRM system is effectively supporting business processes. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure business needs are addressed within the SAP CRM system. - Understand and anticipate customer needs, driving improvements in SAP CRM functionality to enhance the customer experience. ECC Customer Support (CS) : - Gain in-depth knowledge and provide functional expertise in ECC Customer Support (CS), including handling Serial Numbers, Equipment, BOM (Bill of Materials), and IBase functionalities in SAP CRM. Documentation & Training : - Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP CRM configurations, test cases, and user guides. - Provide training and support to end-users and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the system. Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of business and technical goals. - Effectively communicate issues, project status, and other relevant updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Overall 7 years of Functional with SAP CRM Services with a bachelors degree Requirements : - Knowledge with Integration of CRM - Good exposure to various testing of the modules Unit testing, ITC, UAT, RT etc. - Actively worked in production support, handling user issues via tickets, effectively communicating with business users, testing for bug fixes and production movements - Possess a strong business and customer/client focus - SAP CRM Services - Contracts Management, Case Management - Exposure to and understanding of Middleware - Knowledge of ECC Customer Support (CS) - Serial Numbers / Equipment / BOM /IBase Experience: 7-10 years Location : Whitefield (Bangalore) NP : Currently Serving Notice or Immediate Joiners (ref:hirist.tech)
