Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in O9 Solutions to design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements in a supply chain environment. As an Application Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations on the O9 platform. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of supply chain planning solution implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. Key Responsibilities : - Participate in business requirement sessions with clients, documenting to-be business processes, and recommending supply chain best practices. - Collaborate with clients to identify and collect key data (e., sales, shipment, inventory, logistics) from various sources such as databases, Excel sheets, etc. - Gain an in-depth understanding of O9 platform's data model, including table structures, linkages, and optimal designs for various planning use cases. - Work closely with architects and technical teams to create functional and technical designs, document data requirements, and build complex datasets. - Configure tools and solutions within the O9 platform according to the established design. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to O9 platform configuration, ensuring system functionality meets business requirements. - Translate business logic into technical solutions and designs on the O9 platform. - Support the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution, including UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and post-implementation value realization. Required Skills and Qualifications : Must-Have Skills : - Expertise in O9 Solutions (platform configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting). - Deep understanding of supply chain planning areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, SOP, Detail Scheduling, and Procurement. Strong technical knowledge of IBPL, SQL scripting, and JSON scripting. Experience with full lifecycle implementation of supply chain planning solutions. Proven ability to design, configure, and implement complex supply chain applications on the O9 platform. Preferred Skills : - Experience with ERP tools and integration. - Certified in Supply Chain Management (e. , CSCP, CPIM). - Knowledge of advanced supply chain optimization techniques. Professional Attributes : - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in platform configurations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, distributed across different locations and time zones. - Capable of working with both executive and junior team members in a dynamic corporate environment.
