Today AgroStar provides full-stack solutions to millions of farmers across 11 Indian states via an omnichannel approach. Along the journey, we have built India's largest agronomy advisory center, a highly engaged digital farmer network with over 9.5 million users, and a retail network of 8500 stores. These technology-enabled channels work together to help farmers produce better and achieve higher price realizations by providing appropriate advice, timely input delivery, and output market linkages. In March 2022, we acquired INI Farms, and with this, we are now exporting our farmer's produce to over 20 countries across the globe. The Role : - Understand the user persona and identify / map the user journey across the AgroStar Farmer app including the onboarding, engagement and commerce - Identify sets of actionable micro-moments through customer feedback and data analysis and formulate product roadmap/feature list to elevate the UI/UX on the Farmer App - Lead the development of new features and improvements for the Farmer App, focusing on delivering a smooth omnichannel experience for users. - Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, UX design, category management, marketing, etc to define and execute the product roadmap. - Gather and analyze data using SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools to make informed, data-driven decisions. - Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and user journeys to guide the development process. - Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to align priorities and ensure the successful delivery of key features. - Utilize Figma or similar design tools to create wireframes and collaborate with design teams. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, oversee feature launches, monitor performance, and iterate based on user feedback and data insights. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing improvements. - Ensure that the omnichannel platform consistently meets business goals and provides value to farmers through seamless integration across we look for : - 2 years of experience in product management, ideally with mobile apps or B2C platforms. - Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data analytics to analyze and optimize product performance. - Experience creating and managing user stories, wireframes, and user journeys. - Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. - Familiarity with Figma or other design tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions. - A passion for improving user experience and creating value through innovative product development.
