Job Title : MS Dynamics Technical Consultant Exp - 5 to 8 Years Location - Pan India N.P - Immediate to 30 Days Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify potential challenges - Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans, including data cleansing, transformation, and loading processes - Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process, and troubleshoot any issues that arise - Utilize D365 F&O tools and technologies to streamline data migration and enhance system performance - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including data analysts, developers, and business users - Document migration processes, best practices, and lessons learned for future reference - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data migration and D365 F&O technologies Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting, with a focus on data migration within D365 F&O or similar ERP systems - In-depth knowledge of data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices - Proficiency in D365 F&O data management and migration tools, such as Data Entities, Data Import/Export Framework, and Data management workspace - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Certifications in D365 F&O or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer) are a plus Roles and Responsibilities : - Data Analysis and Mapping : You will be responsible for analysing the data structure and content of legacy systems, and mapping it to the data model of D365 F&O. This involves understanding the intricacies of the source data and identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies that need to be resolved. - System Configuration : As a Technical Consultant, you will need to configure the D365 F&O system to accommodate the migrated data. This includes setting up data entities, data import/export jobs, and data validation rules to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the migrated data. - Data Migration Execution : You will be tasked with leading the execution of the data migration process, which involves extracting, transforming, and loading data from the legacy systems into D365 F&O. This may require writing scripts, creating custom data migration tools, and leveraging integration technologies to facilitate the smooth transfer of data. - Data Quality Assurance : Ensuring the quality of the migrated data is essential for the success of the implementation. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting thorough data validation and reconciliation processes to identify and resolve any data integrity issues. - Collaboration with Stakeholders : You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather data migration requirements, prioritize data migration activities, and provide technical expertise and support throughout the migration process. - Documentation and Reporting : It is paramount to document the data migration process, including data mapping, transformation rules, and migration scripts.
