Software Development Engineer III - Backend Architecture

Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs for web applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Optimize system performance and ensure scalability of services - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 9 years of experience developing backend services using Java, Node.js, or similar languages - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming - Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL - Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred qualifications : - Experience with microservices architecture - Knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular - Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role - Contribution to open-source projects or participation in tech communities (ref:hirist.tech)
