Summary

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Supply Chain Operations is responsible for owning and optimizing the Sinai Supply Chain Operations, including all inventory management, supply replenishment, receiving, internal and external distribution central stores, and mail services. Responsibilities also include, driving initiatives that incorporate a system-wide vision; building shared commitment to a desired future state, and achieving stated objectives; understanding, communicating, and effectively promoting the value proposition of the Supply Chain organization. Actively seeking and identifying new opportunities to offer customers greater value-added services and working closely with key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and implement supply chain logistics programs that contribute to the Supply Chain division’s strategic objectives. Identifies required areas needed for improvement and sets continuous improvement goals and develops strategies to execute/accomplish .

  Comprehensive Inventory - Develops and implements inventory management processes utilizing current professional practices for assigned areas on an annual basis. Monitors inventory activity to ensure availability of product , while balancing with fiscal responsibility.

  General Management - Performs general management functions required of the position.

  Budgets - Ensures the department is in compliance with the budget.

REQUIREMENTS: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Education Discipline: 5–7 years of progressive experience in the Supply Chain field, preferably in healthcare;

A Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education/experience is required.

Education/Knowledge: Experience: 5–7 years.



Requires excellent teamwork, multitasking and project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. Strong ability to manage, meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Flexible and team oriented, demonstrating the ability to adjust quickly to ever-changing requirements in a fast-paced, customer-oriented area.
