Project Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with strong expertise in MEP/Fire Protection who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and an exceptional client experience. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, innovation, and attention to detail, with a focus on managing projects of varying complexity and scope. You will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Project Executive to ensure project goals are met and exceed client expectations.
• Ensure field teams are fully supported with all necessary project information.
• Lead communications among clients, field staff, BIM teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage project finances, including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain a 3-6 month look-ahead schedule to ensure timely project milestones.
• Organize and lead weekly in-house coordination meetings.
• Track and report on labor productivity and project metrics.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Mentor and coach direct reports to enhance team leadership skills.
• Pursue innovative tools, processes, and ideas to strengthen client solutions.
