Join our TEAM! Eco-Pan is a leading service provider of concrete washout services. Specializing in job site solutions for concrete washout needs including handling and safe transport of the washout from Commercial, Residential, Municipality and heavy DOT/Infrastructure projects, to recycling yards.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Administrator. This is IN OFFICE, Thornton, CO. Reporting to the Director of National Sales, this position is responsible for supporting the ECO-PAN Sales Department and our National and Rebate accounts.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The incumbent selected for this position is eligible for a base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience) and will participate in the corporate incentive plan. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Administer incoming orders from National accounts. Received by phone, email, website and app. (Inside Sales) Reply and forward to specific branch. (Manager / Dispatch / TAM) Reply to order including trip fee amounts and file to customer file.
- CMD / Insight – trained to administer this sales lead software. Search and process leads to their specific territory and TAM’s. Send these 2 times per week.
- Order, manage and update brochures and other materials to Sales Team
- Be trained and responsible to review, process and sign all ECO-PAN customer’s service contracts
- Provide secondary bid support for all Territory Account Managers (TAM’s) in the field.
- Help teams with pricing updates, marketing and onboarding preparation for new Sales hires.

- This position does not supervise other employees
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Excellent customer service and consultative selling skills.
- High level of sense of urgency to process order flow to the necessary channels, in a timely manner.
- Be highly proficient in BASIS software. (ECO-PAN to train)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, customer service and relationship management skills.
- Quick thinker, able to understand clients’ needs and company’s value proposition.
- Demonstrate self-motivation to support Sales Team while working in partnership with internal teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills. Ability to ‘listen’ and be flexible in various situations.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office environments.
- Flexible, dependable, confident, and accountable.
- Able to work under the principles of “Down to Earth and easy to do business with” and “Under promise and over perform”
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Work indoors preferably in corporate office in Thornton, CO
- Use of office equipment and computers.
- Occasional lifting of supplies and materials (up to 50 lbs.).
