This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.Job Purpose and Impact The Transportation and Logistics Process Consultant will act as a domain authority on complex solution design, business processes improvement and enterprise process standards. In this role, you will partner collaboratively with key stakeholders to lead technology implementation activities and drive enterprise process design that enables optimal execution of freight accounting related activities.Key Accountabilities Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business results and find opportunities for improvements.Partner with stakeholders to resolve urgent operational issues and ensure the implemented processes and technical solutions are aligned with the internal control framework and the global process organization.Ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing enhancements, optimization and value realization activities.Provide expertise and influence to align with standard processes.Develop and monitor related accounting process health metrics and report to stakeholders.Provide work direction and training to other team members.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assignedQualifications Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fieldSolid understanding of system applications, ERP transformations related to transportation and/or accounting & financePrior experience in accounting or finance within the transportation industry#LI-CL#FGB#themuseEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
