Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and title reports. Conduct thorough property research, title examinations, and due diligence to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Coordinate closings by liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Provide administrative support and manage daily operations within the real estate department. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a paralegal in real estate law. Certification: Paralegal certification is advantageous.
