Essential Functions:

Estimate cost and deliver proposals

  • High level of autonomy in decision-making
  • Conduct pre-proposal walkthroughs of potential customer sites
  • Build scope of work to meet customer expectations
  • Estimate cost, price accordingly to competitive landscape
  • Clarify customer questions
  • Work with internal PM's and BUL's to maximize JLCS multitrade potential
  • Complete RFP documentation
  • Negotiate terms for acceptance
Manage customer relationship for renewal
  • Conduct, with Ops Manager, customer reviews based on client per schedule
  • Address any and all customer concerns
  • Engage with primary customer contact points
  • Review scope and pricing at time of renewal
  • Price and provide for scope changes per customer request
  • Monitor Omni to ensure awareness of upcoming renewals
  • Upsell additional services provided by division and company
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Bill all contract cleaning at the first of the month
  • Bill all transactional work weekly
Customer Service
  • Facility set up in audit system
  • Conduct audits of all accounts per schedule
  • Engage with customers on site to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Schedule all accounts
  • Create work orders
  • Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements (minimal)
  • Must have 5 - 10 years of management experience managing a remote labor force.
  • Cleaning Services industry experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record required.
  • Able to pass and maintain drug screen required.
  • Background check clear of issues
Work Environment
  • JLG company office
  • Inside at a commercial client site
Physical Demands
  • Bending and sitting
  • Walk client sites
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Salaried - typically daytime hours - business dependent

Travel

Local travel between client sites
