Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday & very occasionally a Saturday

As our Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring our ambitious plans stay on schedule and our high standards are met. Expect evolving responsibilities, hands- on support, and the chance to take ownership of critical operations.

This role collaborates with a variety of teams, supports the Marketing and Sales departments, and reports to the Director of Marketing.

What you'll do:
  • Project Management - Monitor and report on the progress of various projects by tracking activity, problem points, and compliance to respective internal partners. Responsible for detailed oversight and communication of all departmental projects, while looking for opportunities to improve processes, communications throughout workflow.
  • POC for Marketing - Address all requests in a timely manner while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver results.
  • Ownership of Watson's samples program, including fulfillment, shipment, inventory, orders, communications, and supply management, while also seeking ways to elevate the quality, impact, and efficiency of the overall program.
  • Event Coordination - Work in alignment with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure end-to end management of company events including not limited to ideation, planning, and execution.
  • MarTech Management - Implement and maintain marketing technologies and automation tools, including updates and troubleshooting for all libraries, platforms, sites, assets, and channels.
  • Sales Enablement Support - Includes coordinating virtual and in-person trainings, content development, onboarding, and rep communications.
  • Other duties as assigned
Who you are:
  • Someone with an associate or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Someone with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • Someone with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Someone who is proficient in the Microsoft suite and other project management tools like Trello or Asana
  • Someone who is a self-starter who looks for opportunities to grow, enhance and streamline workflows
  • Someone with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • Someone with strong critical thinking skills who desires to leave no problem unsolved
Wage and Compensation
  • This role can expect to earn between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Our Benefits
  • INSURANCE | All employees and their dependents will have the ability to enroll in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. If enrolled, benefits begin on the first day of the month following the 60th day of employment at Watson.
