️ Requirements

● University degree or relevant experience in a talent acquisition environment

● 4+ years’ recruiting experience in technology recruitment

● Strong professional experience of talent sourcing in a candidate-short and highly-specialised market

● Sensitive communicator with a confident and clear communication style

● You must be comfortable working 100% remotely

● You must be a self-starter who is strongly motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
