Partner - Non-contentious Construction

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly ranked, award-winning law firm. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious Senior Associate, Managing Associate or Legal Director ready to take on a leadership role as a Partner. The role offers the opportunity to shape and drive a growing, highly ranked Construction practice.

The Role:

• Focus: Lead and manage high-profile non-contentious construction matters, working with a diverse range of clients on high-value complex matters.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex construction documents, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts for large-scale projects.
• Client Relationship and Practice Development: Strengthen and develop client relationships and drive the expansion of our client's construction offering.
• Location: Cardiff, Bristol, Swansea or London - hybrid working
