A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Consultant:


In this role, you'll be actively engaged in:

  • Business Development:
  • Building new client relationships, negotiating contracts, and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing top talent for your specialised market.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Negotiating and agreeing on terms and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Networking:
  • Expanding your industry knowledge and connections.
  • Excellence in Service: delivering exceptional care and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Organisation Skills: Stay on top of a busy workload.
  • 360 Recruitment or Sales Experience: A proven track record in a similar role.
