Job title: Operations Executive

Location: Wandsworth, London SW18 as the HQ and potential to work in Dulwich, Crouch End and Notting Hill showrooms

Salary range: £28,000/yr - £30,000/yr, Full time

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised Operations Executive to manage scheduling and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with excellent communication and project management skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, committed, and able to take initiative while effectively coordinating with other departments.


The Responsibilities:

· Client support and in bound call-handling for the wider Operations team

· Assisting with scheduling and allocating the necessary resources for varied installation types and durations

· Ordering office supplies & communicating with our factory for aftercare queries

· Data management and activity records

· Managing our stock of ancillary materials efficiently

· Liaising with the other teams on technical issues and for product expertise


Skills:

REQUIRED

· High level of verbal and written communication skills

· Strong observation skills – “eye for detail”

· Customer service background

· Good commercial awareness

· Ability to work effectively alone

· Proactive approach, quick to learn and able to problem solve

· PC literacy- knowledge and experience of MS Office

· Driving license


DESIRABLE

· Experience in an operations environment

· Direct experience in working within the construction industry
