Conservation Architect – £45K–£55K

Your Role
• Lead conservation and high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages
• Produce detailed 2D drawings and hand sketches, including construction detailing
• Liaise with councils and planning authorities to secure approvals
• Mentor junior team members and maintain project quality
What You’ll Need
• 5+ years post-Part III experience with a conservation background
• Experience on listed buildings and historic sites
• Strong hand sketching skills; Vectorworks training available if needed
• 2+ years of UK experience and client-facing confidence
