The Role - Design Manager

My client are looking to appoint a Design Manager to join their Design team, this can be a Hybrid role between office, home and sites.

You will ideally have 5+ years in cladding/facade and it would be adventurous to have fire remediation experience.

• Design involvement of the project from conception to completion
• Overseeing design stages, coordinating with architects, fire engineers and other colleagues
• Ensuring projects meeting critical deadlines
• Technical knowledge -understanding of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding
• Compliance - ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and regulations
• Financial awareness - budget management, cost estimation and value engineering
• Leading a design team and mentoring others

Salary - £65,000 - 85,000 (salary may be increased if have remediation experience)
