As the Sixth Form Pastoral Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting Year 12 and 13 students, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Assistant Principal. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and the chance to make a real impact on student outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Sixth Form Pastoral Lead:

• Work alongside the Assistant Principal to address concerns in the sixth form.
• Organise and participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions.
• Be involved in parent meetings, supporting communication and engagement.
• Oversee behaviour, attendance, and uniform standards within the sixth form.
• Provide guidance and support to students in Year 12 and 13.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree from a top UK university and experience in a professional environment.
• Confident in managing people and supporting young adults in a school setting.

Role Details:

• Contract Type: Monday to Friday, term-time only.
• Pay: £115 per day plus holiday pay, with weekly PAYE payments.
• Location: Tottenham, Haringey.
