Junior QS Lurgan Salary £30k-£35k + Benefits Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm Friday 8:30am-2:30pm ( Flexible hours+ Hybrid ) Gentech Recruitment are partnering with our client based in Lurgan to further grow their existing team of Junior Quantity Surveyors. Duties Assist in preparing estimates and cost plans for projects. Support in the preparation of Bills of Quantities. Assist in valuing compensation events and negotiating variations with contractors. Conduct site measurements and prepare valuations. Assist in issuing certificates for payment and producing financial reports. Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support in the preparation and agreement of final accounts. Requirements : Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
