Job Description

The Deluxe Group has a deserved reputation as a quality player in its chosen markets providing high-end bespoke Fit Out & manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Stadiums and Theme Attractions for renowned Theme Parks across the world. We have a new opportunity for an experienced Travel Co-ordinator to join our team. Travel Co-ordinator As a Travel Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the accurate provision of options and booking of domestic and international travel of our internal team and subcontractors as required whilst also ensuring the correct entry requirement documentation is in place prior to travel. Key Responsibilities: Arranging all international and domestic travel for The Deluxe Team to support the team with a seamline travel process. Providing transport and accommodation options as well as key destination information when applicable. Providing a rapid response to emergency travel issues/changes which may be outside normal working hours. Liaising with airline, hoteliers, landlords etc to rectify any identified issues with traveller profiles and ensure hotels honour corporate rates. Continuously update the travel tracker to ensure all travel bookings are logged, including any changes. Assisting with ordering of lunches/teas and coffees for internal/external meetings. Assisting with new start onboarding administration Site access, registering inductions etc. Ad hoc administration tasks as necessary. Essential Criteria: Have previous experience booking group flights, and coordinating group bookings. Have experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests, processing complex travel bookings Have excellent Worldwide travel knowledge. Be computer literate with experience of Microsoft office Have the ability to work within a team environment. Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written Be well organised and quick to prioritise workload Have the ability to think logically and consider all relevant aspects with strong analytical skills. Be flexible with the ability to prioritise tasks in line with business priorities. Have the ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines Hour of work: 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 17:00 and Friday 8.30am - 14:30. however we remain flexible with hours of work for the right candidate.
