Job Vacancy: Key Stage 2 Teacher
Location: Bolton
Contract: Full-Time
Description of the Role:
Simply Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team and work in a vibrant and supportive primary school setting within Bolton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and nurturing students in Years 3–6, fostering both academic success and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students in Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and adapting lessons to ensure all children succeed.
• Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their emotional and social development alongside their academic growth.
• Collaborate with other staff members to implement effective strategies for classroom management and promote positive behavior.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and provide regular reports to parents and school leadership.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practice.
• Work closely with parents and carers to support the overall development of each student.
Applicant Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6) is essential.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
