Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced fitter to cover a wide range of mechanical, electrical equipment and machinery in a production environment, must have the ability to utilize a logical approach to solve any problems that may arise.
This is a temporary role, with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate.
Core duties will include carrying out routine maintenance on, Conveyors, Electronic Control Panels, Power Transmission Equipment (motors gearbox bearings) Air Density & Eddy Current Separators, Feed Hoppers.
Welding and fabrication skills is an essential.
The role will be on a Monday to Friday working week initially for training, 8 am to 4.30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, they move to a 4 on 4 off shifts 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am, would require some flexibility, overtime may be required subject to requirements.
Training in electrical skills will be given as necessary.
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
