ASC Learning Support Assistant
Location: Havering
Start Date: ASAP

Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and dedicated to creating a nurturing learning environment? Whether you have hands-on experience in SEN or bring valuable personal insight, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
About the Role
We’re collaborating with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream school in Havering, looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their team. Work alongside experienced SEN teachers and support staff to deliver individualized learning plans that promote both academic growth and social-emotional development.
Lead and support children in activities designed to build communication, language, and social interaction skills.
Collaborate with external professionals, such as Speech and Language Therapists and Educational Psychologists, to optimize each child’s learning experience.
Assist pupils with transitions between the ARP and mainstream classes, encouraging positive interactions and inclusion within the school community.
Do You Have:

A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to adjust your methods to meet the individual needs of each pupil?
