Week 1: 17.5 hours (Wednesday 07:00-15:00, Saturday & Sunday 14:00-19:00)
Week 2: 21 hours (Tuesday & Thursday 14:00-19:00, Friday 07:00-19:00)
Competitive Pay: Earn £12.94 per hour, with weekend enhancements once you transition to a permanent contract.
Temp to Perm Opportunity: Start as temporary and secure your place with us long-term!
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
Experience in supervising soft services staff
A passion for maintaining excellent customer relations
Your Role:
As our Part-Time Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations! Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead and Inspire: Supervise teams of 5 to 12 staff members, including catering and cleaning personnel.
Coordinate with Style: Manage rotas, monitor on-site procedures, and implement changes that enhance efficiency and save costs.
Engage with Clients: Maintain fantastic relationships with clients while ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered.
Audit Champion: Regularly collate audits to ensure standards are met and exceeded.
Communication Hub: Daily chats with area managers to discuss updates on cleaning tasks and schedules.
Training & Development: Train and develop staff across contracts, ensuring everyone is equipped for success.
Delegate Wisely: Assign daily cleaning duties and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule and service level agreements (SLAs).
Deputise When Needed: Step in for the Senior Cleaning Manager when required.
What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all sites
Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft Office
