Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Primarily London and South East
Hours: 41.25 hours per week, with overtime available
Salary: £38,000 to £44,000 dependant on experience

About the Role
Our client, a trusted provider of engineering and compliance services, is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a variety of contracts across London and the South East. With over 40 years of experience, they specialize in a full range of mechanical, electrical, and fabric services, ensuring top-quality service across their sites.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, servicing, and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems, including HVAC and water treatment.
• Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain excellent service standards.
• Attend call-outs as needed and participate in the out-of-hours emergency rota.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting on completed works and further requirements.

Requirements

• Qualifications: City & Guilds qualification in either Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing
• Experience: Time-served as a mechanical/maintenance engineer, with knowledge of HVAC systems and M&E building services.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
