About the Company:

My client is a leader in the UK’s construction and infrastructure sectors, committed to driving impactful growth and innovation. As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Business Development Manager. Reporting to Senior Directors, you’ll be pivotal in building relationships with new clients and executing targeted growth strategies within specific sectors.

This role will be on a pathway to Director level within 2 years.

Role Overview:

• Develop and enhance partnerships with key clients, positioning the company as their preferred partner.
• Identify and target growth opportunities within the infrastructure market.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to guide strategic direction.
• Establish and maintain senior-level connections with new and existing clients
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth.
• Propose and develop strategic partnerships, informed by industry insights.

Experience:

• Extensive business development experience within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Established relationships with top UK Tier 1 construction companies.
• Strong understanding of the UK infrastructure market, with a future-focused outlook.

• Proven relationship management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with excellent analytical skills.
