Our client is one of the UK’s leading residential developers. They are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for their prestigious development in North London. Reporting into a Project Manager you will be overseeing the construction of 315 units in 4 RC Frame Tower Blocks, overseeing Site set-up and enabling works.

Ensuring your part of the development moves to speed and programme, you will be expected to attend daily briefing meetings with Senior Management and black hats/sub-contractors, as well as attend weekly progress meetings. You will need to have proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a residential developer or main contractor.

This development has a project completion date of 2027 and our client has a considerable amount of future work in the pipeline, so genuine and excellent opportunities of progression.
