Senior Bridge Engineer

Position: Senior Civil Structural (Bridges) Engineer

Location: Our dynamic office in a vibrant town with a strong engineering community

We are expanding our team to accommodate an exciting influx of projects, and we invite skilled engineers who are enthusiastic about designing bridges and civil structures to join us. You’ll engage with a diverse range of domestic and international assignments.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• At least three years of experience in designing bridges or civil structures after graduation
• Chartered Engineer status (or close to achieving it) with a recognized professional body
• Proficiency in designing and detailing steel and concrete structures according to European and global standards
• Familiarity with software tools for structural analysis (experience with MIDAS Civil is a plus)
• Ability to create design documentation, including drawings and specifications
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to achieve project goals
• Some leadership experience with other engineers and BIM/CAD specialists
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A realistic understanding of your expertise and a readiness to seek guidance when faced with challenges
• A creative approach to solving engineering problems, focusing on cost-effectiveness and innovative solutions
• An understanding of project budgeting and the importance of meeting deadlines
