Position Title: Commercial Manager/Account Manager

About: Discover International are working closely with a leading company in the aesthetics space, known for a strong product portfolio that is a major competitor in the market, with products driving a significant portion of its UK P&L. The UK team is focused on maintaining market leadership by delivering exceptional products and services to clients and distributors

Role Overview: As the Commercial Manager/Account Manager you will play a key role in managing distributor accounts, leveraging data insights, and collaborating closely with logistics and supply teams to ensure optimal product availability. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact within a high-performing UK aesthetics team. The ideal candidate should have account management experience within the aesthetics or pharmaceuticals category, particularly with major retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Maintain relationships with key distributors, ensuring consistent service and strategic alignment.
• Data Analysis & Industry Tracking: Analyze industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform commercial strategy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage product availability and streamline supply processes.
• Commercial Strategy Support: Support the Head of Aesthetics in executing and refining commercial strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: 4–5 years of experience in the aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry, ideally with aesthetics products or prescription products.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong foundation in account management, data analysis, and collaboration with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Retail Account Management Experience: Experience managing large retail accounts, ideally with a major retailer and preferably in the beauty or aesthetics category.
• Analytical & Strategic Skills: Ability to interpret and leverage data trends for commercial decision-making.
• Location: Central London, with an in-office presence of approximately 3 days per week.
