The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to oversee contractual and financial obligations for their commercial projects, including ICP connections up to 132kV for solar, battery storage and EV solutions UK wide. You will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure effective contract implementation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and legal assessments
• Provide feedback on pricing to the Estimating team
• Assist Estimating and Sales teams in securing contracts
• Maintain a library of documentation
• Support project managers throughout the contract lifecycle
• Attend monthly project review meetings
• Monitor project costs and alert on potential impacts

Requirements:

• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong track record in managing contracts and tenders
• Understanding of the project lifecycle from ownership to completion
• Experience in project profit and loss forecasting
• Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Qualifications:

• Technical or commercial degree from a recognised university
• Technical understanding of MV/HV works
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
