Security Vetting Advisor (6 - 12 Month Contract)

Our client is looking for an individual who has had experience of IPSA implementation and someone who could help them grow the culture towards IPSA Compliance.

This is an unique opportunity to join an iconic institution, and to utilise your personnel security vetting and IPSA (Industry Personnel Security Assurance) experience. You will have the opportunity to influence policy implementation and grow the culture towards IPSA compliance.

This is a long term contract with attractive day rates.

This is a hybrid role part office (SW London) part home working.

About the Role:

• Experience of Facility Security Cleared and Industry Personnel Security Assurance requirements an advantage.
• Experience of delivering against IPSA audit requirements.
• Responsible for embedding IPSA requirements into current policies and procedures.
• Displays an understanding of the insider threats, best practice guidance and prevention methodologies.
• Can engage across departments and levels, working collaboratively to deliver outcomes at pace with limited guidance.
• Adaptable approach, taking into account academic style establishment and a broad neurodiverse audience.
• Delivers enthusiastic training across the organisation to embed approved security enhancements into the culture.
• Displays utmost integrity when dealing with sensitive issues including details relating to security investigations.
