Job Title: Account Manager - Software Sales (French speaking)

Location: London - hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Duration: Starting ASAP for a period 12 months

Pay rate: £34.62 per hour PAYE + bonus

Hours: 35 hours per week


Job Description:


Are you a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships? Our client is seeking a dynamic Account Manager, with a background in software sales, to join their Mid-Market team in London or Reading. In this role, you will manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business and grow a portfolio of named accounts by selling Digital Media products.
  • Present and consult on contract models, guiding clients through migration processes.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
  • Collaborate with our partner ecosystem through indirect/partner sales approaches.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:


  • Fluency in French is mandatory, Italian would be a plus.
  • Proven track record in software sales, ideally in SaaS or creative/document products.
  • Experience meeting/exceeding a $0.5M annual sales quota and managing $50K+ renewals.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Experience with Value Selling, MEDDICC, or other sales methodologies.
