About the Role:
As a Senior Talent Partner, your mission is to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions and thrive within a collaborative, embedded environment. We’re looking for a versatile recruiter with experience across multiple disciplines, especially in the fast-paced world of technology.
This is an onsite position, based around Camden.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Identify and engage top talent across various sectors, ensuring the best candidates are matched with the right opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with candidates and clients, providing a seamless recruitment experience that enhances your Partner's reputation.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs, helping find the perfect fit for their teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to refine and innovate our recruitment processes, keeping us ahead in the competitive tech landscape.

What you'll have:
- Proven Expertise: 4+ years in a high-accountability role within talent acquisition as a recruiting specialist.
- End-to-End Hiring: Skilled in managing the full hiring lifecycle, including role calibration, initiating new requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and coordinating interviews and feedback.
- Offer Management Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of offer management and ability to positively influence outcomes.
- Performance-Driven Leadership: Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and achieving standout results.
- Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to create an innovative and team-oriented work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Solution-focused with robust problem-solving skills.

Please be aware this an onsite position so you must be happy to travel to the partner site daily.
