Role Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our Bristol team. In this role, you’ll provide strategic legal support on insurance law, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations. Your legal expertise will help drive our expansion, regulatory strategy, and risk management in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on insurance law and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel

Qualifications

• UK/EU bar admission with 6+ years’ experience in insurance law
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU insurance regulations, including FCA and Solvency II
• Experience in tech-driven or high-growth environments a plus
• Fluent in English
