Senior Scala Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product teams to define and refine functional and technical requirements.
• Develop end-to-end solutions, spanning public APIs to third-party integrations, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Legacy, and IT Operations teams for cohesive project delivery.
• Lead integration and management of third-party APIs (JSON, SOAP, XML).

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proficient in Scala
• Experience developing microservices based architecture
• Experience developing APIs
• Proven experience with cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with Akka, Play, and Cats frameworks.
• Strong database expertise (Postgres, Cassandra).
• Effective collaborator with excellent communication skills.
