It may sound a bit cliché, but this is one of those opportunities that really doesn’t come around all that often.

Here you’ll be covering ALL food categories. Perfect if you’ve been working in food manufacturing or on the retail side only covering one specific food category.

It’s going to be busy. There’s a high volume of product launches consistently throughout the year, for both own label and branded goods.

Stepping into a purpose built, state-of-the-art innovation centre, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and development of innovative, high-quality food products. Leading culinary initiatives and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver delicious and market-leading products!

You’ll be joining a very progressive and forward-thinking innovation team, that have developed a fantastic working culture. That bit is crucial. There’s no room for egos. The team support, listen and help each other and it’s very important that you’ll do the same.

The role does lend itself better to someone that is coming from a food manufacturing or food retail background, naturally having the experience and familiarity of how things work. But they may also be willing to look at someone from a hospitality background.
