Senior UX Designer SaaS Manchester / Hybrid 45-55K

We're looking for a passionate Senior UX Designer who will want to work with tech for good business. This organisation build SaaS products that change peoples lives for the better saving you so much time! This exciting role will see you design customer journeys where over a million people use the product/software. You'll also have a fantastic amount of autonomy to work with the research team and look under the hood to understand how to solve these problems.

About You

You’re a seasoned UX designer with 5+ years’ experience in SaaS or client services environments, known for your ability to balance user-centered design with business strategy. A natural leader, you’re capable of guiding your team through complex projects while championing inclusivity and accessibility in design.

Key Skills

• User Research & Prototyping: Advanced in planning and conducting research to uncover friction points and inform design decisions.
• Design Systems & Usability Testing: Skilled in creating and managing design systems and leading usability testing sessions.
• Collaboration & Agile Experience: A team player with a track record of working within agile frameworks and aligning UX with development.
