Role: Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (including car allowance)

Work Balance: 50% Building Surveying and 50% Project Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead contract administration and project management for commercial projects.
• Conduct pre-acquisition surveys and manage refurbishment efforts.
• Perform general building surveying tasks, including dilapidations and planned preventative maintenance.

Candidate Criteria:

• MRICS status with a minimum of 3 years PQE and a degree in Building Surveying.
• Strong report writing, contract knowledge, and commercial experience.
• Proven ability to meet fee targets and build client relationships.
