Salesforce Project Manager Opportunity - 6-Month Contract

Location: Birmingham

Contract Length: 6 months

Rate: £500 per day, Outside IR35

About the Role:

TechOhana has partnered with an innovative manufacturing firm in Birmingham on a Greenfield Salesforce Implementation Project. We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager to spearhead this initiative, which will cover Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ from the ground up.

The Challenge:

This is a unique opportunity to drive a Salesforce transformation, impacting the entire organisation. You’ll take the lead on planning, coordinating, and executing a seamless deployment that integrates Salesforce’s capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and manufacturing-specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and optimise solutions for Sales, Service, Experience, and CPQ Clouds.
• Manage project timelines, budget, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met without compromising quality.
• Work with key stakeholders to create a smooth user journey and adoption strategy for internal and external users.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain system integrity, especially for CPQ functionalities crucial to the business.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Salesforce Project Manager (minimum 6 years of experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ in a project management capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Previous experience leading Greenfield Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting on project progress.
