Position: Recruitment Manager – Construction
Location: Harrow Middlesex.

Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth specifically within the construction recruitment sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about business development and well-versed in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to strengthen our market presence.
- Identify and target potential clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, and engineering firms.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team in India to ensure successful delivery on client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Regularly report on sales performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment in the construction sector.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its hiring challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record in recruitment with the ability to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of UK recruitment regulations.
