Project Manager (Postgraduate Taught Education)

Department: Planning, Performance & Strategic Change

Salary: Starting from £46,485, rising to £55,295

About the role

As a Project Manager within Planning, Performance and Strategic Change, youll be at the forefront of delivering the Universitys 2021-2026 Strategy, working on complex change projects that span academic departments and professional services. Youll have the opportunity to manage projects that enhance the university's future direction.

Postgraduate taught (PGT) education and student experience is a pre-eminent strategic priority for the University of Bath. Having defined a clear vision for future high-quality provision, and identified areas of focus, the next phase of the PGT Review project, led by the Pro-Vice-Chancellors Education, and Student Experience will pilot recommendations to realise this vision. This role is required to provide co-ordination and oversight across these activities, driving progress and ensuring an institutional approach to enhance our PGT offer to UK and international students.

You will

- Manage high-priority, complex projects that impact strategic delivery across the University.
- Collaborate with diverse teams of professional and academic colleagues across different functions and areas of the university to tackle complex challenges.
- Develop and strengthen project management capabilities throughout the institution, making a lasting impact on how we deliver success.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Present your progress and insights to the Project Board and other Executive Boards, ensuring alignment with the Universitys strategic goals.

This position is offered on a full-time basis, fixed term for 2 years.
