Grade B - £39,390 (National Framework) or £44,792 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week however part-time and/or compressed hours may be considered.
Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity Cover for 12 Months
Location: We can offer office-based working, homeworking or talk to us about flexible working

Strategic Insight’s goal is to deliver actionable analysis and insight to inform CQC strategic priorities and help us to be a forward-looking, data led regulator. We support the organisation to make decisions about where we should focus and invest our resources. We are also vital in supporting CQC’s Independent Voice – providing the public and our stakeholders with independent analysis and expertise on the most important issues in the health and social care sectors. The function works on fascinating projects tackling high priority topics and exploring trends across the health and social care sectors.

What you will bring…
We are looking for someone who is passionate, curious, innovative and proactive.
You will be able to get up to speed quickly with new data sources, explore vital national issues and deliver accurate and actionable insights. You will be able to collaborate with and support other colleagues and lead workstreams and initiatives on behalf of Strategic Insight. You will be motivated to understand complex topics through exploring available data and you will be curious, asking the ‘so what’ in all your analysis. You will be able to work flexibly and collaboratively with a passionate team and you will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate your technical analysis into clear findings and actions for internal and external audiences.
