Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Thanet
Salary: £83 - £89 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-Time

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students, helping them overcome challenges, and ensuring their academic and social development. Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists, your contributions will make a real difference in their learning journey.
Responsibilities:
● Provide individualised and small-group support to students with special educational needs.
● Assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions based on individual education plans (IEPs).
● Encourage and promote an inclusive classroom environment.
● Work collaboratively with staff to ensure students' progress and well-being.
● Monitor students' achievements and communicate feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
● Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
● A compassionate and flexible approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
● Excellent communication and organisational skills.
● A valid driver’s licence and access to your own car is essential.
