We are working with an innovative client in the publishing and subscription sector, renowned for their commitment to delivering independent, high-quality information to global audiences. As part of their digital expansion project, they are seeking a Lifecycle Manager for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to drive customer engagement, optimise marketing initiatives, and make a significant impact on subscriber growth.
The Role
The Lifecycle Manager will play a crucial role in onboarding, engaging, and retaining the newspaper subscriber base. You will collaborate across departments, manage key marketing campaigns, and develop automated customer communication programs. This role offers the chance to shape the subscriber experience, working closely with data, customer care, and technical teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support key metrics for newspaper subscribers, including engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Manage customer communication plans for migration projects, ensuring multi-channel delivery and impact optimisation.
- Develop automated communication programs for print subscribers, including renewal and service updates.
- Collaborate with various teams to optimise subscription management, focusing on recontracting, self-service, and alignment with customer care.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, adapting strategies to deliver both customer and business growth.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in customer engagement, retention, or lifecycle management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on delivering insight-based, customer-centric experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, able to work across diverse teams.
