The Innovation Controller will lead the strategy and plan development for innovation across a high profile category of leading grocery brands. Our client has an ambitious vision for growth driven by innovation and as a result, the Innovation Controller will play a pivotal role bringing that vision to life. Essential skills to equip the right person towards success are strong leadership, creative flair and, importantly, the practical know-how to translate big ideas into winning plans that can be executed in market. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a solid background in FMCG brand management who has managed significant innovations, or someone with a more linear FMCG innovation profile.

The Innovation Controller will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and direct accountability, with true end-to-end scope spanning upstream ideation and design, through to in-market delivery.
