Contractors Negotiator

A global cyber-security company is seeking a contract negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The client will be considering senior commercial paralegals or newly qualified solicitors for the position.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global legal team and gain an understanding of international legal matters. A strong understanding of SaaS agreements is required for this position.

Remote working

The role:

• Commercial & IT contracts e.g. SaaS agreements


• Working closely with the legal and sales team

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced paralegal or newly qualified solicitor


• Commercial background


• Understanding of SaaS agreements


• In-house technology industry experience


• Self-assured and able to work independently
