Senior Commercial Property (Residential Development) lawyer 8 years’ PQE BRISTOL

Strong Commercial Property (Residential Property) lawyer in Bristol is looking to recruit a Residential Development lawyer of 8 or more years’ PQE. The team supports clients on a range of projects and they act for PLC's, regional and SME housebuilders; registered providers of affordable housing; land promoters; and PRS investors & developers in respect of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments. As a result, they have an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments. The successful candidate will get exposure to high quality development work and will include conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding agreements, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects.

Candidates will have experience of managing existing client relationships and managing people and, if you have extensive experience of house-building; build to rent; strategic land or affordable housing, we'd be very interested in hearing from you.
