Job Description
Gas Supervisor - Facilities Management - Surrey - £45,000 plus excellent benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Facilities Management company working on one of their prestigious client sites in the Surrey area.
Salary: £45,000 plus excellent benefits
Benefits to include Pension, 25 days holidays plus BH, Flex benefits scheme.
Hours of work: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Surrey
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver maintenance activities through effective organisation, planning and communication, in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Monitor the progress of maintenance tasks, ensuring that works are completed according to agreed plan of work and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Ensure that all Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments are appropriate for the task in hand.
Provide regular updates to Management team and the contract and maintain daily contact with the customer.
Supervise, co-ordinate and manage Specialist Sub-contractors as required
Produce, supervise the completion of records and documentation, including timesheets, job dockets, work orders, site audits and inspections and testing certification.
Obtain quotations and provide information for the raising of orders to ensure task completion.
Identify and implement operational improvements to ensure continued provision of high-quality service.
The successful candidate:
ACS gas and OFTEC qualifications elements: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TCPC1
NVQ or equivalent gas or plumbing qualification (Level 3 NVQ in Domestic Natural Gas Installation and Maintenance.
Domestic / Commercial Gas - Oil and LPG experience would be an advantage
Gas catering or refrigeration experience as a plus, or willing to be upskilled.
Experience on a range of commercial boiler plant and domestic boilers in commercial settings.
Carrying out relevant installations, repairs and servicing in occupied and unoccupied properties.
Knowledge of all aspects of mechanical services, permit to work systems.
