Civil Engineering Graduate - Site Team (Leicester Area)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Location: On-site (Various East Midlands)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Our client, a respected Civil Engineering contractor, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Civil Engineering Graduate to join their dynamic site team in the Leicester area. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical, hands-on experience across a variety of exciting civil engineering projects in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with site teams as well as senior engineers and project managers, gaining valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of construction sites while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with quality control and site inspections
Conduct site visits and surveys
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on project delivery
Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
Support in the preparation and review of project documentation and reportsWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
